Tandem Health is hiring a Project Lead for its Implementation team based in Madrid. You will own the successful deployment of Tandem in large organisations, from planning through go‑live and adoption. This hands‑on role requires coordinating clinicians, hospital leadership, IT, and Tandem colleagues to deliver complex deployments with autonomy.

You bring 2+ years in a demanding environment, strong project management, and fluency in Spanish. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in demanding environments such as management consulting, technology, healthcare operations, startup or scale‑up, or project management.
• Professional fluency in Spanish.
• Strong ability to plan, execute and own end‑to‑end implementation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own large hospital and care organisations’ deployments end‑to‑end, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support commercial efforts in Spain.
• Coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT and internal teams to keep deployments moving.
• Prepare and support teams through training and go‑live, including regular on‑site work across Spain.
• Drive adoption after go‑live and work with clinical champions to identify and address barriers.
