Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Requires a minimum 7 years professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years healthcare experience preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired

Aufgaben

• Provides oversight for strategic projects to ensure that they are effectively moving according to plan objectives and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional implementation and operational readiness efforts, coordinating business, technology, and operational teams to ensure new capabilities and process changes are implemented.
• Serve as a central point of coordination across internal business owners, subject matter experts, project teams, and external partners.
• Identify and drive resolution of operational gaps, including issues related to processes, system integration, reporting, and other capabilities needed to support the business.
• Provides leadership and direction for change management initiatives, project management, and program implementation on behalf Department Leadership.
• Collaborates cross divisionally and achieves actionable results through others, builds relationships across the organization.
• Disseminates information and communicates ideas on behalf Department Leadership.
• Manages highly confidential information.
• Tracks progress against plans and provides reports and analysis as required.
