This role will facilitate the development, coordination, communication, and accomplishment of short and long-term business initiatives. The incumbent will act as a liaison between the department and other constituencies, will communicate and lead in a manner that fosters greater understanding, employee engagement and drive for results. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
