WellSky is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead client software implementations from WellSky World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS. The role focuses on scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and goals.

You will partner with client and WellSky executives, manage risks, and drive status reporting and steering committee meetings. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years relevant work experience.
• Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs.
• Onsite role at WellSky World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS.

Aufgaben

• Create and oversee project schedules based on scope and resources, and keep projects on track and within budget.
• Assign tasks, provide updates and reports, identify risks, and lead planning/status meetings.
• Understand each client's business objectives to enhance project execution and identify future opportunities.
• Facilitate project management and executive steering committee meetings for client–WellSky alignment.
• Develop relationships with the client project manager and sponsor for timely communication.
• Leverage current methods to achieve repeatable project results across the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
