Job summary

Radiology Associates of Hartford, P.C. is seeking an Imaging Operations Executive Director to lead an outpatient imaging organization in the greater Hartford area. The role combines strategic vision with operational excellence across imaging modalities, patient access, and quality/safety programs.

You will partner with physician leaders, drive growth initiatives, optimize scheduling and workflow, and ensure regulatory compliance and financial performance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive management or executive leadership within healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of imaging operations and organizational functions.
• Develop strategies for growth, partnerships, and new locations.
• Ensure clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Lead staffing, HR policies, and organizational culture to high performance.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and revenue cycle initiatives.
• Oversee technology and information systems integration (PACS, RIS, EMR).
