Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking an Executive Director, Imaging Services to lead imaging across acute care hospitals, outpatient centers, and affiliated sites. You will partner with system and division leaders to drive performance improvements, service line strategies, and patient-focused outcomes.

You will oversee operational plans, budgets, and capital needs while promoting standardization, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across imaging modalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Master's degree in Business or Healthcare-related field (preferred).
• Graduate of an ACR Certified Radiologic Technology Training Program (preferred).
• Twelve (12) years of job-related experience.
• Ten (10) or more years of progressive leadership and management experience.
• Three (3) years of clinical operations and direct patient care experience in diagnostic imaging (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a high-performing imaging leadership team.
• Ensures safe, patient-centered imaging services aligned with mission and values.
• Provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for Providence imaging services.
• Travels between Providence facilities to standardize and improve imaging services.
• Oversees staffing, budgeting, and capital planning for imaging operations.
