Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Florida to maintain and repair building systems and equipment across hospital facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate with vendors and staff to keep critical systems running.

HVAC certification and ability to lift 50 pounds are valued, with opportunity to grow within a large healthcare services network.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting.
• HVAC certification or license is highly preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Update work statuses and document tasks in CMMS via mobile device.
• Coordinate staff, materials, and timelines for jobs and projects.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems and equipment.
• Review outside vendor projects and prepare punch lists.
• Analyze complex building systems and electro-mechanical problems.
• Support project management activities as needed.
