The role requires familiarity with blueprints, hand tools, and power tools, with HVAC certification preferred. Able to lift 50 lbs, work weekends occasionally, and communicate effectively within a team.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification or license preferred.
• Experience with building systems, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, and diagnoses HVAC, electrical, and mechanical building systems.
• Updates work statuses and documents tasks in CMMS.
• Supports project management activities and PM work orders.
• Keeps shops and mechanical areas clean and safe.
• Communicates effectively and works both independently and in a team.
