You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building components to keep facilities safe and functional.

You will respond to service calls, assist with carpentry and painting tasks, and work with vendors to handle non-warranty projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 2–3 years of commercial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of building safety codes, blueprints, and mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and general maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Respond to service calls across hospital facilities, including patient care areas and public spaces.
• Assist in carpentry, painting, and minor repairs; coordinate with vendors for non-warranty work.
• Inspect physical structures and ensure compliance with safety and life-safety standards.
