The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in HR, healthcare experience, and knowledge of wage-and-hour laws. Master’s degree preferred. Competitive Total Rewards package offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• At least 2 Years of Healthcare Experience required.
• Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; pay practices and techniques; review techniques; training methods.
• Familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standards
• Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required.

Responsibilities

• Interview job applicants and develop personnel record forms; adjust disputes and grievances and recommend disciplinary actions.
• Advise executive staff on personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.
• Formulate and manage programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships.
• Oversee welfare and recreation services and serve as adviser on personnel matters.
