• 1-3 years HR experience, healthcare/long-term care setting preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to manage recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Present and explain benefit plans and enrollment/de-enrollment options to care team members.
• Maintain compliant HR records, complete I-9 and E-Verify, and track EE0 documents.
