Job summary

Requirements include a BA/BS in HR, 4+ years in HR/benefits, strong communication and payroll knowledge, and healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in HR or benefits administration required.
• Minimum of 4 years in HR and benefits administration; healthcare experience preferred.
• 2+ years in HR and administration of employee benefit programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, employee benefits, and interviewing skills.
• Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and workforce management duties for the community.
• Employee relations, health and safety oversight, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee records and assist with job descriptions for regulatory compliance.
• Support EEOC, ADA, OSHA compliance and related procedures.
• Contribute to QAPI committee and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment.
