Job summary

Southwest Healthcare, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a Full-Time HR Generalist - Leave of Absence Specialist for the Temecula office. You will manage end-to-end leave processing, ensure compliance with FMLA/CFRA, and coordinate with payroll for benefits integration.

Travel to other SoCal facilities may be required. Collaborate with staff, managers and HR to maintain accurate records and provide timely responses to employees on leave eligibility and processes.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional HR experience focused on leave administration.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA/CFRA, ADA processes, and state benefits (CA SDI/PFL).
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end leave of absence processing (FMLA/CFRA, personal, military, parental).
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate benefit integration and status updates.
• Liaise with managers, employees, and vendors; handle documentation for EDD requests.
