Southwest Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time HR Generalist - Leave of Absence (LOA) Specialist. This position is onsite position in our Temecula office. This position will collaborate with staff across the SoCal region and serves as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding all aspects of leave administration. This role is responsible for the end-to-end processing of leave requests, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations (such as FMLA and CFRA) and company policies. The LOA Specialist is the "hands-on" coordinator ensuring day-to-day accuracy, timely communication, and seamless coordination for all active leaves. Duties include but not limited to:
