Job summary

Prime Healthcare St Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support across the organization. The role supports policy administration, compliance with laws, and multiple HR functions in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with a compensation package that includes a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field preferred.
• PHR, SPHR or relevant HR certifications preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in Human Resources or related field required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
• Computer knowledge includes Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to all levels of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines and HR policies.
• Administer HR programs and processes in a timely and accurate manner.
