Job summary

Mercyhealth seeks an HR Business Analyst to drive data-driven decisions across HR operations in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. You will collect and analyze HR metrics, build dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and support compliance and workforce planning.

Collaborating with HR leadership and clinical partners, you will identify process improvements, support new HR tech, and provide insights for engagement and benefits utilization.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in HR operations, analytics or related internships.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Admin or Data Analytics.
• Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
• Workday HCM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyzes, and reports HR metrics across recruitment, retention, turnover, training, benefits, and compensation.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to support HR decisions with data validation.
• Ensure accuracy across HR systems and data integrity.
