Mercyhealth is seeking an HR Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the HR function in a healthcare setting. You will collect and analyze HR metrics, create dashboards, and help ensure accuracy across HR systems while supporting audits and regulatory reporting.

You will work closely with HR leadership and clinical partners to strengthen workforce planning, improve processes, and provide insights for engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or related internship experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare environment and Workday HCM experience preferred.
• Proficiency with HR systems and advanced Excel; knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets HR and workforce data including recruitment, retention, turnover, training, benefits, and compensation.
• Prepares dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational HR decisions.
