Key duties include establishing standards, scheduling, staff hiring and evaluation, and coordinating major projects with other departments to sustain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and staffing in a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Assists Director in overseeing operational needs of the facility.
• Acts as liaison between the sector and the client to ensure high service levels.
• Establishes and reviews staff standards and procedures.
• Plans work schedules and staffing to meet facility needs.
• Interviews and evaluates personnel in line with facility standards.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
