Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks an Operations Coordinator to support the Director in overseeing facility operations and serving as a primary liaison with the client. The role emphasizes delivering the highest level of service across environmental services, patient transportation, and related facilities management.

The position requires leadership in standards, staffing, hiring, inspections, interdepartmental coordination, and project planning, with flexibility to perform

Qualifications

• 4 year degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of additional relevant experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
• Ability to manage staff under stress, organize tasks, and develop budgets.
• Excellent stress management, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate staffing.
• Interviews, selects, hires, evaluates, and terminates personnel.
• Performs regular inspections and evaluations of the facility; recommends actions.
• Conducts regular staff meetings and coordinates with other departments.
• Schedules major project work; ensures staff and supplies are available.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
