Job summary

Crothall Healthcare seeks a facilities operations coordinator to support the Director in managing daily site needs and client relations. You will help ensure service excellence while coordinating staffing, schedules, and inspections to maintain high performance.

The role emphasizes attention to procedures, communication, and teamwork to sustain Crothall's trusted service standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and transmit complex instructions clearly.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities, and stay organized in a changing environment.
• Shows initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Strong work ethic, drive for quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in oversight of the facility's operational needs.
• Act as a liaison between the sector and the client to maintain high service levels.
• Review and evaluate existing programs, services, policies and procedures.
• Monitor quality and workflow to ensure timely task completion.
• Build positive client rapport and mutual business relationships.
• Plan work schedules, staffing, and job duties for adequate coverage.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
