Job summary

Winona Health Services is seeking a Housekeeping Aide (1.0 FTE, 80 hours per pay period) for the 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm. Weekends: Every Other; Holidays: Every Fourth. Starting pay range between $15.00 - 18.00 per hour.

The Housekeeping Aide provides cleaning and disinfecting for all departments, patients and residents, adheres to infection control and HIPAA guidelines, and must be flexible to work several positions with varied responsibilities. Excellent customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• High School/GED Equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provides cleaning and disinfecting services to all departments, patients and residents.
• Adheres to infection control protocols, safety standards and HIPAA guidelines.
• Performs waste removal duties including infectious and hazardous waste, sharps disposal, recycling and trash disposal, and linen transport.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
