Job summary

Winona Health is seeking a Housekeeping Aide for the 2nd shift (5:00 pm–9:00 pm) on a 0.50 FTE basis. No weekends or holidays. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

The role involves cleaning and disinfecting services across departments, patients, and residents. Flexibility to work in several positions with varied responsibilities and a focus on excellent customer service is required.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect designated areas in all departments, patients, and residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow established departmental cleaning duty lists and procedures.
• Represent Winona Health by upholding safety, infection control standards, and a positive image.
