Winona Health is seeking a Housekeeping Aide in the Environmental Services team. The role involves cleaning and disinfecting across patient care areas, while upholding infection control and HIPAA guidelines.
The position is 1.0 FTE, first shift (6:30am–3:00pm), with every-other weekend/holiday rotation. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
The Housekeeping Aide position provides cleaning and disinfecting services to all departments, patients and residents at Winona Health. The caregiver must be flexible to work several positions with varied responsibilities. Must provide excellent customer service to those we serve.
While working in patient care areas, operating rooms, and public spaces, the Housekeeping Aide strictly adheres to infection control protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA guidelines to ensure compliance and protect patient privacy and well-being.
