Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five+ years’ related experience in healthcare business development.
• One or more years’ supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain physician referrals and other sources.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and management to meet revenue goals.
• Sell service line attributes and outcomes to physicians and facility groups.
• Analyze market utilization data to guide strategy.
• Document activity in Salesforce.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities.
• Hire, train, and manage department staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
