Job summary

Epic Healthcare is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth for our nursing home. The role focuses on expanding referrals, building partnerships with hospitals and physicians, and leading community outreach initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare business development, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to develop data-driven growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field is required.
• Experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
• Proven track record of building partnerships and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop data-driven strategies.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive referral growth and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Represent the facility in community outreach programs and at networking events.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to create marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Ensure the facility’s services are well-positioned to meet the needs of potential patients and families.
• Monitor and report on business development activities and outcomes.
