Willingway in Atlanta, GA seeks a Business Development Representative to grow the facility’s services by developing and retaining referrals from professional sources. This onsite role requires strong relationship-building, market knowledge, and the ability to manage admissions with the Admissions Department.

You will conduct community workshops, maintain CRM contacts, and collaborate with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners to expand outreach and improve patient access to services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years’ related healthcare business development/marketing experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of the local Atlanta market and referral base.
• Organized with strong multitasking and relational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, mornings, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements business development programs in consultation with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains schedule of primary sources including business, industry, EAPs, managed care, physicians, and allied health professionals.
• Documents every contact in the CRM system.
• Maintains account information, referral/admission records, and quarterly reports.
• Develops new accounts and strategies to grow in competitive markets.
• Cultivates relationships with referral sources and coordinates admissions with staff.
• Conducts community workshops and facility tours to educate clients and referral sources.
• Represents the facility at civic and professional events to promote its mission.
