Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Business Development Associate in Melville, NY to drive lead generation for healthcare facilities nationwide. You will source, qualify, and nurture opportunities, supporting VPs of Business Development and collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development or healthcare.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with executive-level healthcare leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• CRM experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source new Clinical Services, RCM, and Workforce Solutions leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking and market research.
• Source and engage with contacts and find contact information for key decision-makers at hospitals and ASCs.
• Build and maintain a strong funnel of qualified leads and meetings that contribute to the Growth team’s pipeline.
• Track all activities, leads, and outreach in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Assist VPs of Business Development with client interactions and opportunities including providing support for next steps.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly outreach and lead generation targets.
• Travel to industry conferences and represent NAPA at sponsored events.
