Job summary
Decagon is seeking a healthcare leader to join the Founder’s Office and drive expansion across payer, provider, life sciences, and health tech. You will shape strategy, build trusted relationships with senior industry leaders, and translate those connections into strategic partnerships and commercial growth.
Working with the founders, executive team, and GTM leaders, you will identify where AI agents add value in U.S.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in healthcare business development and partnerships.
- Established relationships with senior healthcare executives and industry partners.
- Understanding of U.S. healthcare ecosystem, pricing, and operations.
- Ability to translate relationships into strategic growth opportunities.
- Experience navigating regulatory, privacy, and security considerations.
Responsibilities
- Shape Decagon's healthcare growth across priority segments and partnerships.
- Build executive relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Originate and accelerate enterprise opportunities with healthcare_go-to-market teams.
- Translate customer and partner feedback into strategic positioning and priorities.
- Develop strategic partnerships with consulting firms, health platforms, and BPOs.
- Leverage investor networks to open doors and advance opportunities.
- Represent Decagon at industry events and briefings.
- Identify high-value AI applications across healthcare operations.
