Job summary

Persistent is seeking a Client Partner to drive strategic growth within our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, focusing on Healthcare Provider organizations, Health Systems, Hospitals, and IDNs in North America.

You will manage executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs and senior leaders, own revenue growth and P&L for assigned accounts, and position Persistent as a trusted transformation partner across digital engineering, cloud, data & AI, and clinical transformation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT services, digital engineering, or technology consulting.
• Strong experience managing Healthcare Provider/Health System accounts in North America.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, strategic account plans, and multi-year roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow executive relationships with strategic Healthcare Provider clients.
• Own revenue, P&L, and multi-year growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives around EHR modernization, digital health, and interoperability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated healthcare propositions.
