Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive to own a portfolio of healthcare accounts, driving growth and ensuring delivery excellence. You will manage revenue, margins, forecasting, and staffing while serving as the executive client contact at COO, CIO, and VP levels.

The role blends account leadership with delivery oversight, balancing growth with responsible governance, and requires travel for in-person client engagement across healthcare clients, from payer to provider services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare technology, or a related professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationships and the health of a portfolio of healthcare accounts, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and resource alignment.
• Serve as the executive contact for clients with regular cadence to COO, CIO, and VP level.
• Oversee engagements for delivery quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and contract performance; you’re accountable for the client experience.
