Sanitas is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive patient growth and raise awareness of Sanitas Medical Centers and the Sanitas Care model in the local market. You will build and nurture relationships with brokers, employers, and referral sources, lead outreach efforts, and collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to meet enrollment goals.

The role requires frequent travel to community locations and events, with flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a medical, healthcare, or patient-facing environment.
• Advanced English is required; bilingual Spanish or Creole is preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, employers, community organizations, chamber of commerce and other referral sources.
• Identifies and cultivates new business opportunities that drive patient growth and membership enrollment.
• Conducts regular outreach activities including in person visit presentations, networking events and community engagement activities.
• Proactively engages in outreach activities (e.g., cold calling prospects, email campaigns, etc.).
• Represent Sanitas at health fairs, community events, broker meetings and employer sponsored events.
• Track and manage pipeline sales activities within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, patient experience and clinical teams to support growth initiatives.
