Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform front office tasks: patient registration, scheduling, check-in, and check-out.
• Manage multi-line phone system, screen calls, and route messages.
• Maintain patient demographics, insurance, and eligibility data.
• Collect co-pays and balances, coordinate referrals and authorizations.
• Support billing, charge entry, and coding, with EMR usage for scheduling and reporting.
• Prepare reports, manage documents, and assist with meetings and projects.
• Provide basic clinical support and training as needed.
