Qualifications

• Healthcare front office or office management experience.
• Experience with diverse patient age demographics.
• Proven financial planning and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of legal, medical, credentialing, and insurance compliance.
• Ability to direct a team of patient care coordinators while managing patient care duties.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to delegate administrative and insurance-related tasks.
• Able to lift 50 lbs with some bending and squatting to assist patients.
