AristaCare is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors and deliver exceptional customer service. You will handle calls, provide information, and assist with clerical tasks in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Full-time position, 8a-4p, Monday-Friday, with opportunities to participate in in-service training and gain experience in a healthcare setting. Prior nursing facility exposure is a plus, and confidentiality is essential.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3 months of clerical experience or completion of a secretarial program.
• Nursing facility experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and provide customer service.
• Answer and route incoming calls and messages.
• Maintain a current resident file/listing by name and room number.
• Assist with typing, filing and posting accounts as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
