Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a hospital or physician office setting.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to greet patients and manage office communications.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients entering the practice.
• Manage office communications, including answering phones and scheduling.
• Check in patients, verify insurance, and enter data into the system.
• Check out patients and assist with referral processing and scheduling.
• Collect co-pays and post charges; manage patient balances.
• Explain the patient portal and assist with enrollment.
