Qualifications

• Formal coursework in office management, database management or business.
• Six (6) months of previous customer service/data entry, administrative/office management/clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs front desk activities including check-in and check-out as directed.
• Supports Practice Manager and staff with administrative tasks.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and company information.
