Valley Health System is seeking a dedicated front desk associate to support our practice and staff. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, and other essential patient services under the guidance of the Practice Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic office management coursework, and at least six months of customer service or clerical experience. Computer literacy is essential and occasional location rotations may occur.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of formal coursework in office management, database management or business.
• Six months of customer service/data entry/clerical experience required.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of front desk activities that support the Practice and professional staff.
• Checks-in and checks-out patients and performs related tasks as requested by Practice Manager.
• Position may require rotating to other VMG locations from time to time.
