Job summary

Cascadia Healthcare is seeking a Receptionist in Junction City, OR to greet visitors, answer phone lines, and route calls to the appropriate staff member. You will serve as a friendly first point of contact for employees, residents, and guests in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, directing them to residents' rooms, assisting vendors, coordinating transportation, and supporting weekend activities. A high school diploma is required with preferred healthcare exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answers all incoming phone calls and transfers to the correct person.
• Greets staff, residents, and guests courteously.
• Directs guests and family members to residents' rooms.
• Assists vendors and directs them to the right person.
• Collaborates with CEO, Business Office Manager, HR/Payroll designee and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.
• Supports weekend activities.
• Schedules transportation and resident appointments.
