Spring Home at Galloway is seeking a courteous Receptionist to provide frontline support in our healthcare and senior living community. You will greet residents, families, and staff, answer calls, and manage front desk inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities include directing guests, handling mail and basic admin tasks, maintaining logs, and helping coordinate appointments. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous receptionist/administrative or customer service experience preferred, especially in healthcare or senior living.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Direct visitors to departments and ensure sign-in and safety protocols.
• Answer and route incoming calls; take messages.
• Manage mail, packages, and basic administrative tasks.
• Schedule appointments and assist with meetings and events.
• Maintain visitor logs and front desk records.
• Uphold HIPAA confidentiality where applicable.
