Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of customer service experience serving patients and families.
• Nursing home or rehabilitation center experience preferred.
• Weekend availability: Saturdays and Sundays 9:00am–5:30pm.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with serving meals and providing dining experiences for patients.
• Answer calls from patients and families, addressing needs professionally.
• Prepare rooms for new admissions to create a welcoming environment.
• Ensure overall comfort and satisfaction of patients, assisting with daily tasks and activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care and services.
