Job summary

Westmont Manor, HRC, LLC invites applications for a Receptionist to greet visitors and guests, direct them, manage incoming calls, and maintain clerical responsibilities. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, and staff, helping create a warm and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions.
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle busy front desk operations.
• Dependable, reliable, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Answer and route phone calls appropriately and efficiently.
• Distribute mail and manage incoming correspondence.
• Provide clerical support as assigned to support facility operations.
