Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• On-site work required at the Draper, UT office.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Performance Analysis for key drivers (membership, risk adjustment, costs).
• Translate results into executive-level insights for leadership and board-ready presentations.
• Develop and automate financial models and reporting workflows.
• Manage provider compensation and incentive calculations and related reporting.
• Oversee SG&A reporting and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Support acquisition analysis and ad hoc strategic analyses for Sr. Management.
