Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead financial and operational initiatives across ambulatory care. This role will drive KPI dashboards, budget forecasting, and collaboration with IT, HR, and clinical operations to optimize performance and regulatory readiness.

You will manage complex workflows, support continuous improvement, and ensure accuracy of reporting while fostering a data-driven culture and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare and a strong understanding of financial governance.
• Preferred: MBA or CPA with advanced financial management training.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and operating in healthcare settings is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory initiatives and own KPIs, dashboards, and performance improvement plans.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and procurement strategy across departments.
• Lead data reporting, ensure data integrity, and monitor operational metrics for leadership.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with IT, HR, Finance, and Clinical Operations.
• Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory readiness and compliance.
