Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking an on-site Manager in Fairfield, CA to lead financial and operational initiatives across ambulatory services. You will own KPIs, dashboards, and performance improvement plans, while coordinating cross-functional workflows and ensuring regulatory readiness.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or healthcare field is required.
• Master’s degree in business administration/healthcare or CPA is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience with increasing scope is required.
• 3–5 years of progressive staff experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own KPIs, dashboards, and performance improvement plans.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation management, and cross-functional communication.
• Lead operational improvement projects and assist with project planning and execution.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure regulatory readiness across ambulatory operations and support audits.
