NorthStar Care Community seeks an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across entities and service lines. You will translate data into insights that guide growth, margin, and operating decisions while partnering with the CFO and operations leaders.

The role requires advanced analytics, healthcare finance knowledge, and ability to drive cross-functional processes in a nonprofit setting. A focus on AI-driven analytics and reporting is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A experience, leading budgets and cross-functional processes.
• Healthcare experience in hospice/palliative care preferred.
• Advanced modeling and AI-enabled forecasting experience.
• Knowledge of nonprofit financial reporting.
• Strong communication to executives and Board.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual operating and capital budget process across the organization.
• Own rolling forecast and long-range plan by service line and entity.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for growth and decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance on monthly reporting.
• Oversee variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Drive dashboards, KPIs, and data integrity across systems.
