Job summary

MarinHealth seeks an Advanced Practice Leader to manage and provide operational leadership across multiple ambulatory service lines. You will align workflows with enterprise goals for safety, quality, and access while guiding policies and budgets.

With strong leadership and regulatory knowledge, you will partner with physicians, directors, and external agencies, driving standardization and improvement in patient care across the MarinHealth network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Masters in Healthcare Leadership or Finance preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience supervising in a multi-site healthcare setting including budgets and revenue cycle.
• Knowledge of ambulatory operations, regulations, and payer rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple service lines and locations within the ambulatory network.
• Ensure safety, quality, affordability, satisfaction, and access in patient care delivery.
• Develop and implement operations plans, standardize workflows, and manage budgets.
• Build partnerships with physicians, directors, and internal/external stakeholders.
