AltaMed Health Services Corp. in California seeks a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to guide budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy. You will support FP&A leadership in developing annual plans and performance analyses to improve value.

The role emphasizes partnering with operations, implementing reporting solutions, and driving value-based care financial monitoring across the organization. Experience in healthcare finance and Workday or Adaptive Planning is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related, with min 5 years in healthcare or managed care finance.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in FQHC/Managed Care/IPA/risk-bearing entity preferred.
• Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide the development and execution of the annual budget and forecast models.
• Perform financial planning, operating results analyses and strategic reviews.
• Support reporting, budgeting and forecasting solutions for integrated managed care monitoring.
• Partner with VP/Business Support to improve financial performance.
