The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading finance teams and managing complex budgeting processes. AltaMed is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing high-quality health care to underserved communities.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience building and leading a finance team.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide budgeting processes in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Guide financial strategies and oversee financial planning & analysis.
• Lead development and execution of budget and financial forecast models.
• Support value-based care transformation through financial monitoring.
