Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a driven Culinary Food Operations Manager 3 at Atrium Health University City in Charlotte, NC. Lead back-of-house food production and front-of-house retail operations while supporting a 17-member team.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will oversee daily culinary operations, coach supervisors and associates, maintain high standards for quality and service, and help deliver an exceptional patient and guest dining experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3 years of related food service experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in high-volume dining environments.
• Hospitality-focused approach centered on service quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations and supervise staff.
• Coach supervisors and associates and manage performance.
• Maintain quality, safety, and service standards across operations.
• Drive safety compliance and financial results with hands-on leadership.
