The role involves building and refining reporting processes, training others, and contributing to long-term planning and data quality across Kaleida Health’s systems.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in database management, finance, accounting, payroll or budget required.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Microsoft Office including MS Excel advanced functions required.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in General Ledger, Revenue and Billing, Payroll and Procurement systems required, coupled with data modeling, relational databases and health data analytics required.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in healthcare EMR and/or reporting programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate internal analytics and reporting for clinical, financial and operational data.
• Develop analyses and reports to support system initiatives and present findings to stakeholders.
• Build budgets and monitor budget variances, assist long-term planning.
